How long does delivery take?

Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Faulty items are replaced without a return.

For the EU and UK, VAT is handled at checkout. If a carrier still charges you, send us the receipt and we refund it. Some other destinations may charge import duty, stated at checkout where we know it.
